Fabrication Profiling and Repairs

 

Billcar's In-house fabrication department have the capacity to Mig, Tig and Cast weld both in-house and mobile, from repair work to fabricating a range of materials from mild steel to stainless steel and aluminium.

Additionally, Billcar offers inhouse and mobile repairs, from inline boring and fitting threaded inserts to removing seized locking wheel nuts to name a few.

Additionally, Billcar holds a range of conventional turning machines, drills, saws, presses up to 80 tons and overhead cranes with a capacity of 20 ton.
